Mr. Fellmann is a member of the Law Society (Rechtsanwaltskammer) of Cologne and is regulated by their rules and regulations. These are shown on the Homepage of the Federal Law Society (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) www.brak.de and include the Federal Law of fees for Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG) and the Occupational Regulations for lawyers (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, BRAO).

Mr. Fellmann is also a member of the Law Society for England and Wales and is therefore also governed by the occupational Regulation of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. These are shown on the homepage of the Solicitors Regulation Authority www.sra.org.uk. Among those Regulations are
