Mr. Fellmann has been working as an attorney since 1979. From 1979 till 1980 he worked for a larger English law firm. In 1999 he was admitted as a solicitor for England and Wales as the High Court in London.

Mr. Fellmann was for many years a member of an advisory board of a large condominium, where he could contribute his wide-ranging knowledge of rental, leasing and condominium law.

For many years he was the general secretary of an European lawyers association.
